Refund policy

Every restoration is custom-made for one patient, so we don't accept returns for refunds. Instead, our work is covered by the warranty below.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
We remake any restoration that fractures or has a lab defect within 1 year of delivery, at no charge. Please send back the original restoration with your remake request.

FREE ADJUSTMENTS
Free adjustments within 7 days of delivery.

NOT COVERED
- Trauma, or bruxism without a recommended nightguard
- Prescription or shade changes after fabrication. These are charged in full.
- Cases we went ahead with after flagging a poor scan. These are charged in full.

MILLING ORDERS FOR DENTAL LABS
Units that fracture or have a milling or material defect are remade free. Problems from the lab's own design or file aren't covered.
